For these plates, I used similar techniques as my set of 3. I threw them very similar to each other. When I glazed them, though, I used opposite glazes. on one, I did clear 2/3 and a darker color 1/3, and on the other poriject I used the same glazes but with opposite proportions.
These plates look good separately, but they also look good together. The simple glazing shows characteristics that would otherwise go unrecognized, such as the simple curve of the lip on the edges, and the uniform form of the plates.
