Well, we're in the new quarter! As I've been thinking of my theme I will present, I've still been working on many other things.
I've been glazing many things:
My tall project has finally been fired and is glazed with a white undertone, with black inside and dripping down from the top. It is currently waiting to go in the Glaze Kiln.

The Pinch pot bowl is also fired, and I am glazing it with greens and browns to give it a more natural and raw feel. I want to glaze it in layers with splatters and different techniques to mix the glazes together
My bowl from my set of three came out of the bisque kiln, but I have not been able to find my plate, so I guess I'll just have to remake it. Once the plate is bisqued, I will ask my teacher to help me do the Spray glaze style to unify the pieces.
Before Spring break, the handle to my Gravy boat broke as I was getting ready to put it in the Bisque kiln. I decided to mend it so I put a sponge in a bag with the gravy boat over break, but when I came back it had disintegrated. This week I remade the gravy boat.
I had not noticed that we needed a lidded project, so I will work on that next week. After that I will get started on my new projects
